At Jamie White Counseling, traditional counseling is enhanced with mind-body practices. Along with therapeutic conversation, clients may engage in mindful movement, breathwork, yoga, or EMDR to help process emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with their body. This integrated approach supports both mental and physical well-being, helping clients achieve lasting balance, resilience, and clarity.

  • Sessions typically last 50 minutes

  • Virtual and in-person at the Golden, CO office

  • $150 per session with private pay
