Helping Travel Nurses Navigate Stress and Homesickness

Jamie White Counseling helps travel nurses manage the unique challenges of their profession, including relocation stress, burnout, and mental & emotional strain. Despite the financial benefit or excitment of see different places, moving frequently between assignments can leave nurses feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or isolated.

Through evidence-based therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and yoga-based practices, Jamie provides tools to process stress, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your body and emotions. Nurses learn strategies to rebuild energy, establish balance, and maintain a sense of connection, helping them feel grounded, resilient, and able to show up fully for both patients and themselves.
