How it Works with Jamie White Counseling
When working with Jamie, sessions are carefully tailored to each client’s comfort and needs. Using gentle yoga poses, breathwork, and mindful movement, Jamie guides clients in reconnecting with their bodies while maintaining a sense of control and safety. Clients are encouraged to move at their own pace, with options and modifications provided to support empowerment and self-awareness. Throughout the session, Jamie integrates grounding techniques and therapeutic support, helping clients process emotions safely and build resilience.
