A typical movement-based session might involve a mindful walk outdoors, incorporating guided reflection and conversation, or gentle yoga and stretching, paired with grounding techniques and therapeutic discussion. Jamie supports clients throughout the process, helping them explore emotions, develop coping strategies, and build resilience while engaging both mind and body.

  • Sessions typically last 50 minutes

  • In-person at the Golden, CO office, with walks offered in the Golden area such as walking along Clear Creek (paved)

  • $150 per session with private pay
