“Counseling isn’t about fixing what’s broken — it’s about finding freedom, balance, and energy to live fully.”

When clients come to me, they’re not “broken.” They’re often just exhausted, carrying too much, and unsure how to reconnect with themselves. Therapy, for me, is about helping them find ways to renew, to feel balanced again, and to actually enjoy life outside of work.

“When we listen to our bodies, we find the wisdom we’ve been searching for.”

One of the things I’ve learned over time — both for myself and my clients — is how much wisdom our bodies hold. That’s why I integrate tools like yoga therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, and EMDR into my sessions. These approaches help calm the nervous system, release what’s been stored in the body, and create a sense of safety that talking alone sometimes can’t reach.

“Even caregivers need care. You deserve the same compassion you give so freely to others.”

Working with healthcare professionals has taught me just how much they give without asking for anything in return. They often believe they should “get used to it” or tough it out, but the truth is — they need care too. I love being able to hold space for them, to remind them that they deserve the same compassion they so freely offer others.
